Jen has helped me to understand how to manage my stress on a daily basis. In fact, this course has showed me how horribly stressed I was a decade ago. These tools from this course are going to take me even further in living a happier less stressful life. I enjoyed this course and highly recommend it to everyone.

Yes, there is a lot of helpful information. I have already integrated some of the tools and I am sure I will add more as time allows and they will become part of my toolkit going forward.

I think the numerous practical exercises to calm the nervous system will be helpful throughout my life and I plan to implement much of what I learned with my son so he can have the tools to handle stress better from the get go.
It has been amazing! I am sleeping so much better! I do it before I get in the shower so it is like oh ok we’re starting our day and it just helps me get going. It makes me feel really good plus I am sleeping great, I am not tossing and turning. It has been amazing!
