Our Pelvic Floor Strengthen Class has a focus on strengthening the pelvic floor in coordination with breath and your inner abdominal muscles. Whether you have stress urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, have had prostate surgery, C-section, or sling reconstruction, these gentle stretches and strengthening poses are adaptable to your strength and experience level.
The class will begin and end with breathing and centering, with movement and activation between.
