Does this sound familiar?
You live in Pain.
Your pain is real.
And yet, your health care provider cannot seem to pinpoint the exact cause of your pain. Or the diagnosis (or diagnoses) just does not respond to the treatments the way you expected.
Maybe you have been offered a series of different medications that do not help or only help some. And often the side effects make it not worth taking.
Perhaps the different treatments help some but only temporarily.
And you find that the stress in your life makes your pain and symptoms worse. (If only you could live on vacation for the rest of your life, your pain would be better!)
If the above rings true for you, then you are likely living with a Mind-Body Syndrome.
When the doctors have ruled out a structural disorder or medical reason for your pain, or when you have received the treatment and they say your tissues have healed but your pain and symptoms just won’t let go, you are likely living with a Mind-Body Syndrome.
So, let’s cut to the chase. If you have been living with this pain and these symptoms for a long time, you may be losing hope that life can be lived without this pain.
I am here to offer you a different paradigm. But first, you may ask, what exactly is a Mind-Body Syndrome?
Mind-Body Syndrome has many different definitions...and I like Dr. David Schechter’s simple definition the best:
“Mind-Body is a term that tries to capture the true holistic element of the human experience. We are both a mind and a body. They are linked and connected. What influences one influences the other.”
Other terms that you may be more familiar with that can be used interchangeably with MBS are Central Sensitization, Neural Circuit Pain or Disorder, Tension Myositis Syndrome, and Psychophysiologic Disorders.
After helping people in chronic pain for over 25 years and living with and healing my own mind-body syndromes, I now know that the reason why so many people live in chronic pain is that western medicine has compartmentalized not only the different parts of the body, but the body from the mind, from emotions, and from the nervous system.
One in six people are living with chronic pain.
And these staggering numbers are only getting worse.
Sadly, this epidemic of chronic pain and how it has been handled has led to an opiod epidemic in our society that is beyond tragic.
To truly heal and live the pain-free life you deserve you must address and heal all parts of yourself. This is what this program offers you, A Way To Heal From The Inside Out.
Remember, your pain and symptoms are real.
And to truly heal, the focus must shift from trying to fix your pain to understanding that your mind thoughts and patterns, your brain and autonomic nervous system, your emotions and how your process them, are the true keys to healing and relieving your pain.
The most amazing thing happens as you commit to this journey, not only do your symptoms have less of a hold on you, but the way you see and live your life changes in the most miraculous ways.
This way of living, when learning and practicing these tools, gives you a keener insight and ability to into tap into your own inner wisdom.
Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression and pain no longer control your life.
With this program you will have a plethora of tools and reflections to help you process any stress and emotions, giving you the freedom to choose your next step based on what is actually in your whole system's best interest.
Living life from this place is what I want for you.
When you take this program and commit to doing the work, be careful, you may learn to do things like:

“The mind/body work was the missing ingredient that I needed to accelerate my healing from chronic pain! It’s hard to describe in words how Jen had the ability to safely and gently calm my nervous system, as well as being able to gently nudge me to explore feelings and emotions that I hadn’t examined for years. Today, I feel better!
